We stayed at this hotel and water park to celebrate our son's 8th birthday. We stayed in a 2 room suite that was pool side. We loved the location and the room! It was newly remodeled and spacious. The bathroom had a walk-in shower that was wonderful! The water park was clean and well-staffed. There is a bar located pool side where you can order any type of beverage and pizza. There is also a very nice restaurant. With the suite, we received 6 wristbands for the water park. We could purchase extra wristbands, as needed for the birthday party. Our stay at the Ramada Tropics Resort and Conference Center was splendid. The rooms were very nice with plenty of room and comfortable beds. We decided to stay in and eat dinner at their restaurant and were very happy with our choice. Food was excellent. Staff throughout the entire establishment were wonderful! We will be back again! I had my wedding reception at the Ramada Tropics Resort and Conference Center. Rossie and Amy worked with me on every aspect to make sure I had a worry free day. We had several families with kids and they all commented about how smoothly the reception ran, how great the food was and how much fun they had at the pool and arcade. The food in the restaurant is also excellent as was the food at the reception. All the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. We stayed here for 4 nights with our whole family and could not have been happier! The kids loved the water park and we enjoyed how close we were to all the attractions. Great location, staff and amenities!
